Our Chocolate bars are handcrafted in the tranquil log home of Cordon Bleu Chef and trained Belgian Chocolatier, Leeorah Pearce, amidst the peaceful hills of Chelsea, Quebec.  For over 12 years, Leeorah has been passionate about the art of truffle making leading to the inception of Chelsea Truffles in 2009.
 
Using only the finest ingredients, our Artisan Chocolate Bars are crafted with silky smooth Belgian Chocolate and layered with an elegantly complex deep, dark and delicious flavour to attain a perfect harmony.
